When looking at a ptg reamer print is freebore only the parallel section or does it include the 45 degree taper after the case mouth?

Technically, freebore is the section with parallel sides in front of that angle. The angle is referred to as the transition angle which is usually a 45 degree angle to get you from the chamber neck diameter to the freebore section.
The freebore section is also referred to as the leade.
