front rail on McMillan

I have a new Mcmillan stock, came with front sling stud, and just behind that a Wichita sling swivel. I have a rail I want to mount there so I can use LaRue tacticals QD mount for a Harris bipod. Now comes the problem, The tapped hole for the wichita is a 12-40 thread. The hole the sling stud was in is a 10-32 (easy to find). Any one know where to find a 12-40 allen head, button head, etc 3/4" long or longer?
I have contacted McMillan-no dice. scoured the internet-no luck.

If you are never putting back the Whichita, you can just re tap the hole to something more common (but larger).
