Your number in terms of percentage makes no sense at all. If 1 person in a population of 350 million died, it would amount to 0.00000029%. I guess that means less than 1 person died? My comment was it is easy to use statistical insignificance to show that nothing is necessary. What percentage is required so that a policy is necessary?

Our way involves a very strong family system and our kids always know the counterpoint to what they hear from some of these teachers. So far it has worked well.

As for our drunk driving laws - I feel strongly any surviving drunk drivers after an accident should be crushed horribly in a machine that simulates the injuries their victims took. Slowly. On TV in every bar and liquor store in america. At high volume. And you can’t turn it off.

If your BAC is > 0.08, then you are in violation of the law...end of story. I suppose that if you are < 0.08 and drunk, you may not get arrested. Where I live, they do a field sobriety test and if you fail that, you are also guilty regardless of the BAC level
