I ran into this with 2 different rbcs die sets/shell holders. Instead of removing material from the sizing dies or shell holder, I was able to cut some .010 stain less shim to fit in the bottom of the shell holders to raise the case .010 into the sizing die. Problem solved.

Agreed on the customer service, and I have used it in the past. These days I’m too impatient, if a sizing die is too long I take a little off the bottom with a sanding disc on my angle grinder. Takes 5 minutes or so.

Fine wet-sand sandpaper and a little oil on a hard, flat surface works pretty quick and it's easy to keep the die bottom square. Take a few strokes and rotate. Check with calibers.

I've done this, works very well and goes quick. Make SURE you clean the die super well before running a piece of brass. The grit from the sandpaper will scratch up your die otherwise.
