Maggie’s Funny & awesome pics, vids and memes thread (work safe, no nudity)

Raining like monsoon season in some backwater 3rd world jungle and now the power is out. Me and this fat chihuahua sitting here on the couch contemplating life….like “what will we have for lunch” and “why is my toe hurting”….you know the serious questions of existence.

Rules

Grandson stayed with me all day Sunday and we went to Wytheville to Rural King for some glyphosate and other stuff…..like cap pistols and green trolls. Stopped at Harmon’s Western Wear to look at the museum too.

This meme represents an amazingly good point. And why do I get so frustrated, especially with the so-called expert class, telling me, "This is how you do it," and the" all you have to do is groups" Perhaps, because I am cursed with basic common sense, or I am just cursed, I typically don't ask for advise, until I have already done the basics, much less volunteer to pay for professional help; I have already tried penetrating oil, using a six-point socket, or the correct screw driver size, or using a hammer to tap the screw extractor into the hole I drilled, or go bigger, lol….etc. I also will never object to someone saying, just for grins and giggles, let's go over the basics for fun. The only thing you will hear is the yelp of pain as I kick myself for missing something. This meme is typically how things have to be done in my life. You will hear me saying, "praise God", or at minimum see me having a big smile on my face, if things go as planned. I love my tools; it kills me to sacrifice one of them to the altar of getting the job done. I often wonder if I am alone in this feeling.

No sir, I have bent Snapon wrenches to reach something and buy a replacement the next time the white truch shows up (and I was also the guy in the white truck later on).

My first “O2 socket” was a chrome SK 7/8 deep with the side ground away 😎
