No nothing, ever. Can plant food plots. But nothing can be 'handed out' or fed. No corn on the ground. No apples on the ground (ok to hunt under wild apple trees)... no feeding or baiting, period.
Even off-season salt licks are verboten. Though Old timers used to put salt blocks in burlap feed bags and hang them in trees in the spring.. and the salt would melt and run down the bark and noone would see the lick! Also durinig bear season, cooking up some bacon over a little fire for breakfast was popular ;-).
