Has anyone reloaded the 185 grain Juggernaut for their Gap-10 .308 rifle? How was reliability? Accuracy? Velocity and barrel length? Also any advantage that you found over the 178 gr. Amax, or the 175 gr. SMK? Thanks

I got some juggernauts loaded up to test out in my rifle, just need some decent weather around my parts. I have loaded some up with cfe223,xbr8208,mr2000,imr4064 and h4895 just to get a feeling for velocities. weather looks chitty today too

Keep us posted. Really like the Juggernaut on paper, and want to see some real world results.

Cfe223 and h4895 were the best of the groups I shot. Both measuring .700 five shot groups at 100yds. Cfe223 2655fps average and h4895 2661fps average. No signs of pressure in my rifle.
4000ft elevation 50deg today. Gonna go plus and minus with these 2 powders and repeat

almost forgot, my ar308 spec

no sign of pressure in my rifle so work up your own loads.
185 juggernauts loaded to 2.800oal
45.0g cfe223 2655fps average 27es 10sd
42.0g h4895 2661fps average 37es 12sd

had some loaded with imr4064 but the shoulders weren't set back far enough to chamber fully so i'll have to try later. definetly going load some 44.5 45.0 and 45.5 cfe223 loads along with some 41.5 42.0 and 42.5 loads of h4895 also. plus try the imr4064. all in due time. gotta have a load and be ready to bang steel by the end of april.

tried out some imr4064 and more H4895 yesterday. imr4064 shows the better of the two results in my rifle. 2640fps average velocity with a 12fps e.s. will be tweaking my imr4064 load around a little and get back out next weekend hopefully.

got out yesterday rifle shoots the juggenauts excellent. loaded bullet info and avg. velocities into my nomad with FFS and the drops out to 1000yds were off quite a bit. tried lots of different velocities to tailor the load on trimble with not much luck. looked on berger ballistic calculator and got a more accurate drop chart to how the bullet is performing for me. I finally had to change the 560bc to a 590bc in my trimble to get things right. huh. loading up some more and will try again next weekend.

Anyone run any Varget behind these? I'm about to run some loads and see what is got. Running it through my gap 10.

You will find two nodes with Varget, one around 42.7 at 2640ish and one around 44.1 at 2720ish. Power pro 2000 you will end up around 46.3 or 47.6. Your primer pockets won't last long at 47.6.

Youre spot on man. My gun loves low 42.3-43.5 and hight 43.9 to 44.1 in Varget.
