My first 6CM was toast at 3600. There was not any rifling in the first 1.5 inches of the throat. I have set it back and hope for another 500-800 but don't have any real idea how long it will last.
I currently have another one with 1800 rounds and it is still shooting well under moa at 1000 and another with 900 that is doing the same.

Just my experiences...

Your first 6 Creedmoor or CM? They are different you know....

I dont think this one has been out nearly as long and if you got 3600 you might have been running them to hot. They told me this was easily a 4k barrel.

My first 6mm Creedmoor...

The reamer has been available from PTG for a while as a wildcat from the 6.5 Creedmoor.. Basically the same as the new GAP chamber.

I was very happy with 3600 rounds. I was running that barrel on the conservative side with 105's at 2950ish with 4350. I was right around 40 grains. Now, the 243 load of choice appears to be between 41.5 and 43 grains of 4350 with an accepted life of +/- 2000 rounds...

It will be a good test to see how long your barrel last with the load you listed in the beginning of this thread. I am currently shooting in the 43 grain range with 4831sc with coated 115's. I am hoping for a solid 2500 rounds and anything over that will be gravy...

Good Luck and enjoy the rifle...I am very happy with the caliber.
