Yes this guy... The question at hand is if that's his real hair or is he wearing a wig? I had assumed for years that was just his schtick and it was his actual hair/style but I've been seeing higher quality videos lately and now I'm thinking it's a piece (or if he's actually bald) the most elaborate toupee ever publicly sported. A friend of a friend knows him, supposedly he is really nice and normal(ish) in person, but he understands the power of shtick and uses it to his advantage. I have heard that he wears his hair normally day-to-day, but intentionally makes it crazy to be memorable.
