Have decided I would like to buy a Giraud trimmer, but when I tried to go to the website it appears to be down and only says test. Hoping this is only a webpage error and not them going out of business. Looking for anyone that may have insight or a phone number to call them so that I can get an order in if they are still in business.

Anyone else having trouble getting ahold of Doug lately. I placed an order for a couple cutter heads and case guides on July 3rd that has yet to ship. Followed up with an email 10 days later and a call at the 2-week mark and nada.

Just a heads up, make sure you see those are meplat holders and cutters not case holders and case cutters. There is a difference.
