Does anyone know for sure if Robert raised the price of his gunsmithing class? I'm 99% sure that when I looked at his prices six or eight months ago they were around $1000 to take his gunsmithing class. I was just on his website and it looks like the price is now $1850??

Thank you. I did want to take the class and also supply my own components, I think this is going to be a little bit out of my price range right now. With the two combined I'm going to have roughly $3000 for the class and componet supplied items. I'll Talk to the wife and see what she says lol

Sorry for the confusion what I meant to say was I'm going to have roughly $3000 to take the class and also to pay him because I supplied my own components. So I'm looking at roughly $7000 just for a rifle with no optics. EEE yeah I don't think the wife is going to go for that one

Just think, there aren't many smiths like him that will invite any one to their home to build a precision rifle for a price. You can by pass all the red tape you would deal with in a formal gunsmith school if you were going there just to learn about precision rifle building. Even at the current rate, it's cheaper than buying all your own equipment, and teaching your self. I understand it's not exactly cheap, but I'm glad to see that it is available.

Part of the fun is staying in his camp and fishing from the front porch. I actually got tired of catching fish while there. Also saw a lot of deer everyday to and from his camp.It is like going on two vacations. One building your rifle and the second having a camp in the woods to yourself and fishing to your heart content..
