Be sure to have back up in case the tube doesn't work for you.
I suggest having a few friends and a engine hoist. Stuff never goes as planned or hoped when dealing with heavy equipment.

What he said! When I helped a friend move his mill we used my cherry picker and it was hard enough using it but the two of us managed to get it. We had a little bit of asphalt because of the garage door height and it was so heavy that the wheels of the picker would sink in.
When I moved mine I had a pallet jack and rolled it off the trailer and pushed it into the garage. Used a cherry picker from there to lift it up onto the stands.

Used an cheap engine hoist from HF to get mine set the last little bit. A bit of a contortion with the long legs of the engine hoist, but it worked quite well for repeated lifting and shimming of the bed. Also used some 4x6" timber blocks and a floor jack to get the palletized lathe off the additional pallet it was set on (plus allowed for the engine hoist legs to slide under the pallet to lift it up and over onto the bases that were leveled and bolted to the floor).
I have the same lathe. I love it. You will too.
I set mine up inside the house so I had to put my thinking cap on. I made a dolly system using 2" square stock and 4 300# casters and a 2.5 ton engine hoist. You need that big of a hoist because the lathe needs to me over 30 inches off the ground to mount on the pedestals. My girlfriend and I have moved it three times, all long distance moves. Here are a few pictures so you can get the idea.

Isn't the 12x36 the break down inflatable model? A cherry picker should handle it nicely. If going in the house a piece of carpet upside down will make it slide nice.

Here are a couple more pictures of the caster dolly set up. I've moved the machine three times using this set up. Very easy.

I bought that lathe so I could move it whenever I wanted. It's my "Guerrilla Gunshop." The neighbors have zero idea that when they're watching baseball and Walking Dead I'm building rifles.

What are guys using for picking up chips? It is a PITA.
I was thinking to cut one or two holes on the tray to drain and install a stainless collector pipe under as I am starting to use more and more cutting fluid.
But then I am going to need a new stand custom made or just build a massive one with 4x4's

If you can, rent a small wharehouse forklift. Cost say......350. Money well spent. Moved tooooo many lathes to do it manually. Either way, happy chip making
When Im turning stuff every so often when i STOP the lathe I will grab the bird nests of chips and toss them in the trash. All the small ones I vacuum up. If I dont keep the chips clear under the chuck it will grab them and spin the around at whatever RPM the lathe is going. As far as cutting oils I use a Rustlick 250R ultra cut 1:4 ratio. Its pretty thin so it flows down the pain pretty dern good.
