Eagle machining in corrales John farner does great work!.
I know right to bear arms also works with a guy in Moriarty I believe its southwest gunsmith technologies.

Charlie Robertson as other have said does amazing work but I hear his current wait time is about a year.

Charlie has built several rifles for me and does an excellent job. Denny Powell in San Patricio is very good and has chambered several barrels for my F Class rifles. He chambers for a number of very good competitive shooters that I compete with.
