Halo-LR vs Reap-IR Gen 4 60

I had a Reap-3-35 and wanted more base mag so I sold it. I keep going back and forth between the Reap-4-60 and Halo-LR. Tell me which one to buy.

I like the minor changes they did from the Reap-3 to 4. But seemed like I had to NUC the damn thing all the time. Limited pallets and reticles was annoying but the ones you get are good enough I found. I like the metal case and the controls well enough. Idk what to do. Help me please.

I’m also open to other suggestions inside this price range.

Ive got a PVS-14 on a helmet for walking around.

Love my Halo-LR. Have had zero issues with it. Love the 5-year warranty.

It’s the perfect combination of FOV and just enough native magnification.

Image quality is a practical draw between it and the Reap.

It’s light as a feather.

Have there been changes over the life of the Halo-LR that one would want to look for in buying a used one? The Reaps are easy to follow that with the -2,-3,-4 etc but I don’t really see that with the Halo.

Why use old tech when newer scopes are available that don't use outdated power sources ?
