We pretty much have our kit together and are fine tuning and filling in some gaps. One thing we are lacking is pid at even medium ranges. We would also like to get a 3rd tube so an additional person can accompany us. It would be nice to tie these 2 together so I'm looking at options to use a 14 as a dedicated spotter but have it still be readily converted back into a helmet mount 1x.

We have a gi 3x magnifier which I'm happy with but would like something with a bit more reach. I'm thinking something along these lines with an illuminator that can be zeroed like a Luna although I'd prefer a non eye sizzler led.

Are there any practical ways to get higher magnification? There's a bunch of atn stuff including some catadioptric lenses that are interesting but I'm not sure on the mounting options and yeah....atn.

I haven't had much luck figuring out how to attach the illuminater to the 14. I have a picture of what I'm pretty sure is a luna attached to I think a dovetail but my search skills must suck cause I can't find out what it is.

I'd prefer to mount it to a d14 arm which is rigid vrs a jarm and will make it quick to return to helmet mount.
