That site is not actually affiliated with Harris Bipods...BUT, according to the product codes at Cabelas (which I'm not sure are accurate for the following reasons)...the product does come with a Harris Engineering Inc product code, just like the bipods, but I don't know if that was a mistake by the salesmen when we asked WHO MAKES IT.
Skinney here on the Hide got one at Cabelas in Rapid City and according to the website the product links to FROM the HarrisBipods.com site to the MIM-MFG.com site, it is available at the other following locations.

Now, for the juice. I do not believe it is made by the good folks at Harris, but it COULD. Regardless...I've handled it and it's a VERY solid mount, however, it does have some drawbacks.
1. It's swivel method only goes about 15 degrees each way for a total of maybe 30 or so.
2. It's swivel method is WAY TO LOOSE with no way to tighten it and your bipods weight will be enough to cause it to slop back and forth when you're carrying the rifle slung. NOT COOL.
3. The button sticks out a bit to far for my liking. Much farther than it needs to, to be effective and it's just one more thing to snag on stuff.
4. The product comes with no markings of a company name, nor does the packaging so it's hard to tell who you're buying from, and where it's being made and unless you go directly to the website, you'll have a hard time getting any kind of warranty, if it needs one or even has one.
Positives that some others fall short on.
1. The push button is awesome because unlike two other similar models like the CAA Universal Equipment Mount and the Badger TRAMP...This QD release button is made of metal so it won't break like some others.
2. It's a nice beefy piece of billet and fits nice and smooth on the rail.
FOR MY DOLLAR, I would pass on this good idea, but unfinished design. Wait for an eventual Gen II version if you MUST have the ability to swivel because I'm sure improvements will be made.
If I do get another one in the future...I'll be giving the Badger TRAMP (available at Triad Tactical) a good try. I've been satisfied with the ease of interchangeability of the CAA Universal Equipment Mount...BUT, I have had the plastic button break 3 times on 2 different mounts. (but the CS at CAA has been supurb each time)
