Nice...now the shooting will slow down, populations will grow. Money makes people hungry....not for pork.

In my corner of Texas, most of the hogs can be spotted in Walmart or HEB.
If they want this to work they need to have it based on number of kills, forget pounds. Shooting boars is no use, doesn’t control anything. You need to be killing the sows.
Some friends of ours here haven’t really shopped for meat in nearly 8 years due to the hog population and we live in north Texas, south Texas is all but overrun, but makes for great hunts.
I go down every year and schwack a bunch of em. We are never short of the best white meat you can get, and there is nothing better than practicing your leads on hogs running like they were shot out of a cannon after you drop the first one.
