All my vehicles are rife with escaped empties...even a few live ones I expect. Still...pretty sure I am safe, actually it is a guarantee, unless someone from DC kidnaps me in my own car and drives there.

quite common here little folding knives, where the blade pivot from a handle builded from a 30.06 case+bullet (no primer/powder)
in this way you could be charged for multiple reasons with less costs !

****ing unbelievable. There but by the grace of God as far as my life is concerned...I've driven through DC with all sorts of expended casings rolling around on the floor of my truck without ever even knowing how insane the local un-secret police have become. A brass casing. WTF. How is that in any way considered ammunition?
