Been a long time lurker. Finally registered. Enjoy target shooting. Been reloading over 10 years. After years of inexpensive bolt actions, stepped up to a seeking HAVAK HIT, not the pro. I’m a 308 nut. Bolt actions and AR’s. Just jumped in a Ruger LC 10mm. Interesting AR. Wasn’t really interested in pistol carbines but when 10mm was introduced, got one to go along with my RIA 10mm. Great combo. Mostly view the bolt action section.

Checked your website. Is it open to the public or just for your training classes? Been on the hunt for a longer shooting range as deltone is 200 yards max for the rifle range. There is a 1200 yards range up by New York mills but that’s a long drive. There is a 1000 yards range range by Cambridge but that’s club members only.

Long ranges are tough to come by around here and most are members only. Elk River has a range, Zimmerman / St.Francis, Harris.

Princeton has 500 yards or so, been quite a few years since I’ve been there.

Welcome!!

Hello, no we are not open to the public, we do offer some public classes, However most of our training are private groups and Law Enforcement.

Hello.
Welcome! I'm also in St. Cloud. I belong to a range in west central MN that goes to 600 and should have a 1k yd range in the next year or 2. It is members only, but anyone can become a member for like $50-60 annual and no real wait. It's geared to benchrest but they only shoot a few Saturdays in the summer.
I go there instead of dealing with DelTone. Go when you want, usually empty (self-policed). Drop me a note if you'd like more info/contacts.
I do like Rush Lake though and they do a few PRS style shoots. Aaron seems like a great dude and has always been accommodating when going there.

Hello from Prior Lake!! Caribou Gun club has 500 yards and open to the public. I believe Fairbault has a 600 yard, but Members only.

Welcome from Wright County.

I'm a new shareholder at Monticello (only to 200 yds) and was at West branch (princeton, out to 550 yds). Have also been a member at gopher in harris which has out to 1000 yards. Membership at gopher is kind of a PITA to get started but it's a nice setup as mentioned above. You have to attend at least a couple board meetings and do a range tour which with drive time eats up near 15 hrs of time for me. Then if you dont renew prior to the end of the year, you get to do it all over again. Which is why i'm no longer a member - forgot to renew and hell if I can justify another 15 hours of the same stuff just to use the range a few times a year. Worth it if you dont let membership lapse and can make it out there enough!

West Branch is pretty limited in letting folks use the long range if you haven't shot the PRS matches out there and gotten to know the guys who run them as well.
