Help appraising value of Turkish Mauser

[JJH]

I have have this blonde stock Turkish 38/46 8mm Mauser - K. Kale Short Rifle in good condition. I have been told it is unique due to the stock and I am trying to get an idea how much it is worth. Any help would be appreciated.
