Help ID This 700?

Been lurking for a while, finally decided to pick up a 700 ... was intent on the LTR in 308, but came across this one, NIB. So here's the thing. I'm not a fan of the stock (LTR or the overmolded one on the tactical), assuming I'll get something after market.

Long story short, at the gun show this weekend I came across what appears to be a LTR barrel, in a Varmint stock. See pics. Anyway, dealer called it a "LTT", which I've never heard of, some story about a build for someone (agency)... probably smoke, but whatever, it's the lighter (than a SPS Tactical), with the lower end stock, just what I wanted.

The price was right, so I brought it home.

Anyone ever heard of this thing?

Looks like a LTR, or maybe a little different run of the LTR, rare but it does happen sometimes.

LTR Barreled action with a cheaper stock.
They also make one with a hunting type HS stock.

Pillar Bed it and shoot it.

Looks like a Police LTR in a VTR stock, with a faster twist barrel.

The LTR comes with a 1:12" barrel in the .308

Ive even seen some SPS Varmints that have the same stock, however they have 26" barrels and im pretty sure a 1:12 also

The faster twist barrel is whats got me intrigued
