Rifle Scopes Help ID this USO Scope

A local store had this used USO for sale.

It is fixed ( I would guess over 10x)
Reticle is four tapered arrows.
The turrets appear to be 1moa per click.

Any help would be appreciated!

USO made fixed scopes in 10x and 17x, so my guess would be a fixed 17x scope with 1 MOA clicks and possibly a 1" tube. Might be an early version of the ST-17 with ERGO adjustable objective and smaller tube. Too bad you don't have pix of the reticle. Interesting, maybe JBWIII would like to have it?
