Rifle Scopes Help Me Determine if my Base is Canted

I figured this would be the best category seeing as its scope related. Anyway Im trying to determine whether or not my base is canted or if its 0 MOA. I realize I may have to show it to someone in person but figured Id ask here. Its marked as follows Rem 700 SA LA. I bought the rifle it sits on as it is a few years ago. I thought I was told its a Badger base for some reason thats what I remember anyway. So just wanting to find out if you guys can tell if 1) Is it canted or just a 0 MOA flat base and 2) Who made it Thanks for the help fellas

It looks like a 20moa base, and it doesn't appear to be Badger.

Alright thanks. I was thinking it was canted because the back half looked thicker to me. Anybody with ideas on make or confirming what remau308 said regarding cant?

I believe it is a 15moa Leupold Mark 4 base, like this one:

Thanks that does look like it and I must have been remembering wrong Mark 4 rings is what it came with so in a way it makes sense that the base would be MK4 aswell. Thanks for the help.
