Help me ID parts of this rifle!

Police trade in... from what I can tell it's an older 700 with the jeweled bolt, McMillan stock, Leopold MK4 fixed 10, very heavy barrel - was told it was Hart, looks like a heavy recoil lug. Trigger also looks aftermarket?

The trigger is a Jewell HVR.

Those look like Leupold rings. I like that rig. I bet its a shooter. Wish I could score a trade in like that.
