Help me select a new prone tripod

My trusty old tripod has finally gave up after many years of service.
I am looking to buy a new tripod to be used with my spotting scopes shooting prone.
I have a leuppld golden ring 15-45 and a meopta 20-60.
The tripod will be used only in prone position
Any recommendations would be greatly
appreciated.
If possible i would like to keep budget around 100 usd.

This type is used by NRA High Power/CMP guys a lot....at least I see them often. Might any of these be suitable?

Yes it's very nice and exactly what I meant, but at the moment I would like to try and find a cheaper option, I'll try to consult Jeff as proposed and make a decision.
