Help please! Ladder test or ocw?

What test should I perform to find my best load? Max range I have is 200yards. Shooting from a factory remington 700 sps tactical. 20" barrel 1/12 twist. What grain bullet should I stick with? 155? 168? Both?

I would also like to mention that if will be shooting it at longer distances when I get a chance.

I do OCW at 100 for powder, than rough seating death changes (.01") at 100, than fine seating depth (.002-.003") at. 300 or 400 yards, always worked for me!
