Movie Theater Help with name of old movie

Anybody remember a movie from the late 70’s early 80’s with David Sole (Hutch from Starsky and Hutch fame) where the Russians are invading Alaska? I remember watching it as a kid but can’t remember the name?

Are you sure it was David Soul? I looked at his filmography, nothing there. The only two movies listed in the invasion of US by Russia were "Red Dawn" and "Invasion USA"
