Help with Ohaus 3100 Dial-O-Grain

Assistance needed to figure out how to utilize the 10th of a grain measurement on the dial. I'm sure it's simple, but I can not figure it out. Thank you for your help.

Here's a link to the dial o GRAM scale on Ohaus' website--looks like you would read it the same way. I've halfass searched for a dialo grain scale a few times on ebay with only GRAM scales in the results. I would buy one reading in grains if it was a reasonable price.
