I can't remember where it was said, but the quote was "you can take a black out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of a black." Who in the hell raises their children to think this kind of behavior is okay?
Yes, there are crazy white kids too, e.i. Columbine, I get that, so don't call me a racist. I have black friends who were not raised in the ghetto and they can only look at incidences like this and shake their heads.
And the happening in the south comment, yeah, it could have been Detroit, Chicago, Gary or any other Midwestern city just as easily.

I agree nothing like that ever happens in Milwuakee...or Chicago...or Detroit..or Philadelphia.....or any other shining example of cosmopolitan civility in the North.
