Gunsmithing How it’s Made - Colchester Lathes

Cool shit. Love my American iron...
I'm wondering about the date...60's?

I had a good friend who did a bit of gunsmithing for me (he recently passed) and all his lathe work was done on a Clausing Colchester lathe with DRO.
He did exceptional work both on the lathe and mill but his bedding and attention to finer details was above and beyond.
He said the lathe at one time was used to do chamber work by Mike Rock during a stint at AINA in Knoxville, TN.
So, after watching the video above, I am wondering if Clausing purchased the Colchester company or just purchased Colchester gears for this particular lathe.
Anyone know?
