I Need A Translator

I was searching around for ideas on where to mount my XM radio in my new (to me) Tacoma, when I happened upon this video.

I can hear a few of the words and I think I see a truck in the video once or twice, but other than that, I'm having great difficulty in staying focused.

If you're female or a gay dude, I'd appreciate a little help here.
