I need load data for 80 grain amaxes in 223

Preferably Varget. Any help would be appreciated as I do not have a Hornady reloading manual.

These will be fireforming loads for a 223 AI, 1 in 7.5 twist, 22 inch barrel.

Try looking at Hodgdon's online manual. If there's nothing there, try a 75 grainer starting load minus 5%

I would suggest "e-mailing" Hornady. Maybe data for the Sierra 80 SMK could be used for a starting point. NOTE these 80 grainers must be loaded LONGER then mag. length. Here is some data for match AR loads. Major Stuph
