I bought this 308 off of jhead7416. Finally got everything else together, scope, rings, etc...

I haven't any trigger time in the last 15 to 20 yrs more than to check the zero on a scope and do a little hunting, so pls be too hard on me.

After I mounted the scope (Falcon 5.5-25x56) I got it on zero at 50 yds with M80 ball, took one spotter at 100 with 175 SMKs, dialed in a little correction then shot the target above. The way I see it, the bow shoots better than the Indian behind it. If you toss out the obvious fliers that looks pretty tight. Very happy.

keep at it man. practice makes perfect they say. where did you find the link to that target? i printed out one that was gray and invisible at 100y, lol

I didn't make any adjustments from the zero shot at the bottom and held on center for the others. Yea, there are 4 bad flyers, that's me, but take those out and the rifle printed about a 1/2 moa group. (the dots are 1/2 in)

I'm looking forward to making one of these with hits in the black.

Wade, glad you are pleased with the LSR built 308. I knew you would not be disappointed. Great shooting...a little adjustment on the scope and 10 of them would be in the black. Just wait till you get to stretch it out.
