Whats goin' on guys, a while back my grandfather called me over to his house to tell me he had a rifle he got from a friend of his that was just sitting in his attic. He had NO idea what it was, or what it shot (hes not really into rifles) but told his buddy i'd more than likely take it off his hands. So he handed this to me, and for how old and beaten it is it's still in pretty nice shape! It functions perfectly and has an incredibly smooth action, bore looks okay from what i can see, not as bad as some Nagants i've seen, and overall just a cool rifle. The best part about it, EVERY part has matching numbers, so it is ALL original. I don't really plan on firing it but it makes a neat wall hanger for the man cave. Just felt like sharing this, i think it classifies as "vintage" haha. Sorry the pics aren't the best, its late and i only have a cell camera at the moment

Cool find, All of the Gew 71's I have seen in the last few years have been Bubba'd and they have wanted way to much for them

I agree wouldn't do a thing to it either. Cool old rifle.
