I'm wanting to install a dimmer on a three pole switch but when I opened the switch cover and pulled the switch, there is not a ground wire attached. This in a multiple switch box.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: added pic of entire box exposed. The green on the other dimmer is connected to a bare ground wire.

New dimmer. Same manufacturer as the current switches.

I'm also wanting to add dimmers to single pole switches but those switches are in similar type box and wired exactly the same as the first pic. I initially installed a single pole dimmer but lost power to some outlets and lights I'm assuming are farther down the line from the single pole switch.

I was able to figure it out. I pulled a ground from a bundle of grounds twisted together and pretty much followed the directions from there.

It only sparks a little bit when I turn it on. 🥸

So if that was done this past march April that is some pretty shoddy work. My first thought was and older house before they worried so much about grounding. Sounds like you did it correctly based on the pics, add a pigtail into the wire bundle in the box and ground the switch.
Hopefully the sparking comment was sarcasm.
