It is very simple. The debate on here is whether or not to have it bedded. Some say it is fine and meant to be just bolted in. Some say it is WAY to loose and feel it must be bedded.

Any decent smith should be able to install one pretty easily for you. They are technically not a "drop in" though. As the bolt handle area on the AICS will need to be opened a little to accommodate (you could use a dremel). Also, depending on what trigger you run, the stock may need to be opened up some in that area.
