Hiders,

We are getting a whopping 3 of these, arrive Monday, one is sold pending my review of them, this is supposed to be the cat's hiney for super long range work, 40mm rings included, shipping for free. No exports due to the price being over $2500.

I won't add to the website until these are here in sufficient quantity.

Contact me with any questions. Here is the scope:

IOR Terminator

Thanks,

Scott

I wasn't sure who they were aiming at with the magnification range but then I read about their "mid focus" that will allow you to focus all the way down to 21' at 52x? Jesus if that's true then that's a badass piece of kit.

The web page mentions the HD glass, is it still German Schott glass? The way the description reads, it seems not to be Schott glass. That is my only concern. </div></div>

Just got off the phone with Val he says the it is definitely Schott glass elements throughout.

Scott @ IOR said the cranked it to 52x and walked a target in until it went just out of focus then backed out and verified with a tape measure

They arrived, they are pretty sick. I've never focused a 52x scope down to 25 feet and had the little dot fit in the crease between two intertwined strands of barb wire before. The sight picture doesn't even begin to show stress until somewhere around 40x. At 650 yards I had the MP-8 MOA dot fit neatly inside an unsuspecting campers ear canal....while he was chowing on pork and beans. The magnification ring has three tactile click settings, at 14.4x the reticle exhibits a 0.5 mil subtension spacing, at 26x it is an 1moa reticle, and at 52x it is a 0.5moa reticle. SFP. 1/4 moa increments with 100+ minutes of reticle travel in a 40mm tube. Digital illumination, with only the center dot illuminated.

While not for everybody, this would serve very well for the ultra long range crowd, as well as be the ultimate F-class scope.

16.25" long, 47.75 ounces

Thanks,

Scott

Guys,

The more I spend time with this scope, the more impressed I am. This is a different beast altogether. You match this scope up on the same magnification with any other scope in production, period, and this scope wins out. IOR has always had good glass, but this is unlike any other IOR ever made. The typical warm cast to the image is gone; there is no question this is a different formula. The new focus mechanism puts it over the top, and the reticle is just killer, IMO.

Like the Kowa Prominar 88mm, I'm believing this scope has the best pure image of any scope we've ever sold. I'm so confident you will agree, that we will do our 3 day money back guarantee on this if you buy. Take it out of the box, spend up to 3 days looking through it, and if you are not fully satisfied, send it back for a refund.

But, if you are looking for the ultimate super long range scope, once you see this you will be mounting it up and heading to the range. I'm betting on it.

Not at this time. I believe the thought process is that 0.25moa is finer than .36moa and it matters at the distances the scope was designed for. Also, SFP for a finer appearing reticle
