I had a problem with my scope and sent it back either 7 or 8 days ago. Today I was waiting for a package and UPS brought me 2. One was my new IOR scope. It was like Christmas morning. I can't believe IOR replace my scope so fast.

Wait, you sent in one scope for some type of repair and they sent you back two? Son of a bitch, I'm buying an IOR and sending it in for repairs. That's customer service for you!

Holy Hell! That's sweet! Do you want to sell the other one for nothing? Then I'll send it in for repairs and get 2 back and pay-it-forward to another Hide member! Merry Christmas to you indeed!

No I sent them one and I was waiting on a completely different package. That would have been too good. I sent back a scope for a repair. The 3-18x42. The other package was my jute for my ghillie.

I'm taking a week off work, going to try to take my new rifle out to 800yds. I didn't think I was going to get a chance because I didn't think my scope would be ready it in time.

The reticle was canted about 10 to 15 degrees. It was the newest generation 3-18x42. I only owned the scope for few months, but I really like the scope. The scope looks great from what I can tell. I bought the scope used but had all the paperwork. I sent my scope by to IOR with about a 2 sentence letter explaining what was wrong along with the original papers. Next thing I know, I have a new scope. They didn't give me any hassle with the fact that it was used when I got it. Best customer service I have ever dealt with.

My experience with IOR as well. Out of 7 scopes I had an issue with one of them and was taken care of and resolved within 5 days. I couldn't have asked for more.
