Is something going on in Ukraine?

Alexander Dugin is the guy who dreamed up the "Greater Russia" Putin is trying to assemble - a political philosopher of sorts.
Googled him up a bit....

Seems he want Russia to go from the Pacific to the Atlantic.

I think Putin knows better this gent seems a "freed" Russian nationaliust much like A solzenhitsin (SP) became once communism fell.

Dont get carried away.

Alexander Dugin's The Great Awakening vs the Great Reset is an open declaration of war against the twin diseases of liberalism and Western political modernity. Dugin calls upon the inhabitants of the Heartland to relentlessly attack, on all theoretical and practical fronts, the global elites of the coastlands, who try to impose their perverse, anti-human ideals by ruthlessly eradicating the long-standing cultures and traditions of all peoples in the world.

The demented usurper Joe Biden and his slavish Democrat acolytes are opposed by the Trumpists, who represent normal America and do not want to see their country submerged in a one-world, transhumanist dystopia. Just like the other rooted societies, they want to preserve their time-honoured way of life amidst the strangling tentacles of hysterical trans- and homosexuals, treacherous anti-White agitators and murderous Black Lives Matter grifters and terrorists.

I read both paragraphs. I felt that those words were much like Hitler's style - say absolutely nothing, but put words together that stir the soul and are interpreted as each hearer desires. That synopsis was nothing more than multi-syllable nonsense making the book immediately suspect.

Dugin is a parrot with a beard. Rasputin without the charm. And his daughter is Lady macBeth in waiting. Her grating Moscow accent calling Ukrainians animals gave me nightmares.

Internal opposition to Putin?

Dugin and his spawn have Moscow accents. The irony of Russia attacking a smaller country and then talking about preserving long standing cultures? Seriously? He is a blubbering idiot.

Explain to me this…..Alexander Dugin?
An outspoken writer with very little real political clout in Russia, in fact has outwardly criticized Putin for not being more aggressive in Georgia, Ukraine, and other theaters

See’s the US as the direct enemy and leader of the liberalization of the world and a direct threat to Russia( some would call this the NWO). And believes Russia should basically go all out war to fight it.
Believes in strictly controlling the population and promotes extremist Russian nationalism.

Kinda a loud mouth but a nobody, like a Michael Moore with different ideology

But given some of his rhetoric and actions, not surprised he was targeted.

Sounds a lot like the west. Similar to the whole schtick about preaching about restoring democracy all over the world while eroding and destroying those same alleged values at home.

i wonder what putin will do now that ukraine is using bombings, or was it the cia?

I saw the video of Dougin ulagizing his daughter today. Nothing could be more terrible, especially knowing that the bomb was meant for him. If it's proven that this was sanctioned by Ukraine then we should recuse ourselves of aiding terrorists, but it will be overlooked, swept under the rug. However, this will galvanize the Russian people.

Why not, it's not like we are interested in protecting this country anymore. And no one is really concerned about China and Taiwan. Besides we have our new army coming across the southern borders, we can just overpower our enemies by bussing our new recruits into their country.

All jokes aside, war is tragic, for all sides. It's shitty when you see people gloating over the death of innocents. As far as Ukraine goes blame the Neo Liberal order, they are at fault for this, even more so than the Neo Cons.

:(:poop:

Good synopsis of Ukraine's strategy..

That accelerated attrition [and] the sustained attacks on the Russian supply lines will mean that Ukraine can be in a pretty good position after the battle of Kherson. They will have all the territory west of the Dnipro. And it will be very easy to defend afterwards, because Russia is not going to come back across the river once they have lost that foothold.

Ukraine needs the long-range weapons. Ukraine needs the stuff that can go 150 mile - 300 miles with pin point accuracy so the special forces can hit Russia's supply lines. Russian smokes Ukraine when they get close. Russia has a TON of shells from WWI and WWII they don't mind burning up. Russia will use the same excuse as the USA. We need to replace these weapons. Russia will keep selling oil at a profit to replace their weapons.

Ukranian strategy: funnel 2/3 of all weapons and cash, buying chateaux's in Switzerland, and selling weapons on black market.

As long as the "Big Guy" gets his kickback, err, Uhh, I mean Hunter continues to be paid to be on the board of directors of that "energy company" - the funding will continue.

This is really a win all around...
Azov Nazis are getting wiped out by the thousands
Russia's fighting ability is going down the toilet
Ukraine mail order bride prices will be dropping significantly

How much would it cost to buy Ukraine? At least we can get a return on our investment.
40million people. 25,000 dollars per person X 40 million people.1 Trillion? Cheaper than a war, and people of the USA get something out of it.
Hell, Dem's are giving that much $$ away, and most Americans will never see a penny.
Sell some food and energy to the Germans and the investment will pay for itself pretty quickly.

pretty much what the deep state is doing already, without a deed to the property.
in this case, they paid $60B so far to have ukraine sacrifice themselves in a proxy war.

They just need to have an unsustainable amount of weapons to be continual shipped to them at a hugely detrimental price of US taxpayers.

If we were going to do it right....
Shouldn't we be also sending weapons to Russia to make sure everybody gets a chance to fight over there?
The MIC really needs the business.

Of course the delivery dates will have to be pushed out some, on account they are short of workers after so many of them left because of the mandatory forced jab.

Fair point.

Seems like its only Ukraine and unsavory gangs getting all the good stuff.

I wonder if any of those arty shells are ww2 vintage. Maybe we did?

Btw, anyone know about the gold shipment which was sank, that which was supposed to be one of Russias lend lease payments to the US?

Then the Brits and Soviets recovered it, and kept it.

So they retreated across the river and blew up the bridges to keep the Russians from tracking them down and killing them. Then they twisted the story for propaganda that it's their strategy to fight while running away.

That's not how I read it. They did get kicked out of Kherson early in the war, but are now isolating the battlefield that is Kherson with the goal of taking it back. If they do not own part of all of Kherson on the West side of the river then they will have no strategic depth to protect Odessa. Just look at a map.

I think they are waiting for winter and a freeze up to get mobility across water and swamps to take it back.

Problem for Ukraine is that they seem to be losing ground there right now, hence damaging the bridges to stop Russian resupply.

My own opinion is that Russia would love to take Odessa and landlock Ukraine, pushing the Russians back across the river is important for Ukraine but they are not getting anywhere.

Id have no problem with this if Ukraine were purchasing the weapons.

Its congress hemorrhaging money into the conflict that I disagree with.

For what??

You can discuss tactics and all that jazz. Whats the end game?

The money laundering center has a "Going out of business" sign hanging on the door. This is the last ditch effort to funnel everything before the door is locked.

They are not isolating. Attempting to but not successful. Russian sams are in place, most of the missiles are shot down, yes some get through, most do not.

There is a freaking damn across the river. To stop the movement of equipment they would literally have to destroy the dam... just look at a map.

They have cornered the European Energy market, prices are through the roof.

The tax money poured into Ukraine to facilitate this, is a drop in the bucket to the long term potential profits from cutting out Russia from directly supplying the EU with energy.

Eu alone pulls around 450,000,000,000 euros a year in taxes on fossil fuels.

Biden is balls deep in energy profits. Hiding behind the mask of green energy

The destruction of all sovereign nations. But you knew this
To then step in and gain control of markets. Yeah.

Damaging bridges is not losing, dude. Its attacking log trains ability to move. Which makes combat operations harder. You can feed, fuel, arm, maintain, or refit units. The ability to hammer these time after time has greatly degraded the Russians. The technical term is contesting logistics and its high operational art.

Hammering the FOBS makes log trains go further and further to get the stuff and reduces the overall supply of stuff. Again, contesting logistics.

The above injects huge amounts of friction into operations and makes units brittle. And the Russians cannot mass for sustained operations.

Now Russia will pull back its squadrons. Which makes CAS operations harder by reducing loiter time, giving much more warning to Ukraine, etc.
