Seeing headlines that Russia is ready to negotiate again. Probably jut to ask the Ukrainians one more time if they want to work this out before they take off the gloves

Lvov is full of them, as is Kiev since '14. Of course the area around Donetsk has many ideologically driven militia units in addition to the regular ukrainian military. Yes, there are lots of Nazis in Ukraine, but not every Ukrainian is a nazi by any means
