Is there a IR laser rifle sight and IR illuminator with No glow?

Hi Guys,

About to jump on the IR laser sights & illluminator bandwagon. Needs advice.

Saw a few Amazon offer of the IR sights and illuminators. Price is nice but there's a glow when looking at it with the naked eyes.

How about the Holosun offers like the LE321RD or the Dbal A3 are they invisible or also has a glow? (I like MAWL but too expensive)
