A elderly pastors wife who’d been crying about a bad diagnosis on her grandson- they didn’t t want the police to come in so they breached the door and roughed them up.

The pastor is a retired policemen - and being old was still enough of a trigger to abuse them and damage their home

Agreed, And there are magistrates and judges available at night for instant warrants. For example, with a DUI investigation, they can get a blood warrant on the way to the jail so that blood can be drawn upon arrival.

The time spent talking was also long enough to get a warrant. If one could be granted based on an hours old complaint. And, if the complaint was hours old, why wait until now to visit? And why not use the time between the original complaint and now to get a warrant?

8 men with guns and who took an oath ALL decide it’s okay to abuse old sick folks - and search their home without a warrant after busting down the door - absolutely disgusting and unacceptable it would be a brazen act for a gang . No one in jail over it and as AZ actively hires Brady list officers it’ll happen again .

Wish at least one of the badge brigade could articulate why hurting old ladies makes them so hard ?
