Hard stuck, had to beat it out since short extractor rod.

    Double charge suspect?

    Had not considered that thanks.
Brass was mixed range brass and ours but all passed visual qc and was tumbled and clean before going to the dillon.

I admit to not being the best dillon operator as I recently had a double charge on 223 during load development. At least it had a good visual indicator, all over. Lol

Im not saying that is normal but that does happen to me occasionally with some 44 magnum loads using 2400 powder. When it happens to me its usually on a hot day. My guess is old brittle brass combined with an old school formula powder on a hot day. I don't know if it was hot out where your at? I dont know if Bullseye is temperature sensitive but it is an old school powder (nothing wrong with that) so im leaning towards old brittle brass.

Guess I will be more vigilant in brass inspection. As is my boys bitch about being too picky.

In a longer frame I could have pushed it out against a hard surface without a tool.

A downfall of a snubnose but they are still handy to have. Just practice rounds anyway.

Shooting an aluminum snubnose makes every thing else seem easy.
