This should get overturned once it reaches the Supreme Court. But, it will be death by a thousand cuts until then. This is deliberate bleeding of the gun trade in terms of legal expenses and time.

If that is directed at me (OP), I thought it sufficiently firearms related to point out another way the anti-2nd Amendment people are attacking our rights. The difference this time is that they are doing it from within a difficult to defend against "group". The judiciary, acting unconstitutionally, is deliberately abusing its authority to harm the industry.
 
So why didn’t we convince them to sue high schools for not getting into a preferred college or sue colleges for failed classes and majors with no job prospects?

After all I was told my entire school career that college was the only way to get a job that paid a living wage and that going to college and getting a degree, any degree, would guarantee me that.

It’s the same principle, it’s everyone else’s fault but the person of caused the issue in the first place.
