What would it take to turn a rem700 223 into a 6.5 creedmor? Would changing bolt and barrel be enough or is there more difference in the 308 bolt thand the 223 bolt? Someone pls answer this before I bust my head
Bolt and barrel is the main thing, If you have a factory rifle stock, you will probably have to change the mag box and follower also. 223 uses a mag box with a spacer in it and a smaller follower.
