I connected with Andrew late last week and am happy to say that he took great care of me. Apparently my unit fell into the date range and he shipped out a replacement unit without hesitation. Since they don't make the model I had anymore, he even upgraded me to a newer model with Bluetooth. I'm really glad to see NK sticking behind it's products and couldn't be happier!
