Rifle Scopes Line of sight to bore

So I'm setting up the Lapua ballistics app for my Vudoo. One of the values need in the app is line of sight to bore. Which I understand if the scope is on a 0moa base and 0moa rings. But what if your scope is canted on a 40moa base? Do you calculate the measurement from one of the ends? From the turrets? Somewhere else? Or does it even really mater all that much?

The effect of a cant at the scope location is negligible. Just measure from the centerline of the bolt to the the middle of the windage turret and rock on
