Looking for a brake for my 22-250

I have a Remington 700 SPS 22-250. I has the heavy barrel on it and is quite a nice shooter (replaced the bolt, trigger, and stock). I am interested in getting it threaded and getting a brake for it. I know a 22-250 doesn't have much recoil but neither does an AR-15 in 5.56 and people throw breaks on there all the time, hah.

I would be appreciative if people could guide me in the right direction on what brake I should get for it.

David777 has a POF 1/2x28 muzzle brake for sale on here and I am looking at possibly getting that one. I was just curious if that would do a decent job in bringing down the recoil to a minimal amount. I want to be able to see my woodchucks explode. If that POF won't work, please send me suggestions on what would work best.

You can't beat his quality, price, or service.

For some reason, I was thinking his name is Robert?

Another nice brake is the Harrels. Price is $30.00 and comes in various diameters. They've got good reviews from the Benchrest and long range folks if you do a Google search.

I just got one from him, wouldn't take payment at order time. Said he'd send invoice with the brake. Great fella to deal with.

Well I checked out RWS and got a hold oh him. But on their website the brakes start at $125 and for now I am not quite sure that my 22-250 needs such an expensive brake.
