In California we have the stupid handgun roster so the only way to get some guns is through a PPT (private party transfer) of a gun already in the state.
That's what I'm looking for, a Ruger Mk2, hopefully in nice shape with a barrel that isn't too worn.
Again, out of state doesn't work and PPT requires both parties at the FFL, so local.
