Gunsmithing Looking for builder of my 220 Swift

I bought a custom rem700 220 swift almost 20 years ago in a central tx gun shop. Has a stainless bbl in a mcmillan stock. The bbl has lamphear engraved in the bbl. I talked to builder (Steve Lamphear) not long after purchasing it. Its been an awesome varmint rig. After all these yearsIm thinking of having it rebarreled. I've tried locating Mr Lamphear but no luck. Does anyone have any knowledge if he still building rifles and have current contact information? Last known to be in the Dallas area.
